Legendary director Francis Ford Coppola has reportedly put his San Francisco building up as collateral as he deals with financial troubles.
SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) — Legendary director Francis Ford Coppola has reportedly put his San Francisco building up as collateral as he deals with financial troubles.
According to the real estate website, The Real Deal, Coppola is using the historic Sentinel Building to get a loan.
The loan amount hasn’t been disclosed.
Coppola has said he’s struggling financially since the release of his last movie “Megalopolis.”
It was a box office flop.
The movie cost $120 million to make but made less than $15 million in theaters.
