Gunshots were fired at the ABC10 building in Sacramento on Friday. Police say no one was injured.
SACRAMENTO, Calif, — Police responded to reports of gunshots outside ABC10 in Sacramento, California on Friday afternoon. No injuries were reported, police said.
When officers arrived, they observed multiple gunshots struck the building. There is no suspect at this time.
KXTV ABC10 is an ABC affiliate owned by Tegna in Northern California.
Tegna released the following statement:
“We can confirm that shots were fired into our station at KXTV earlier today. While details are still limited, importantly, all of our employees are safe and unharmed. We are fully cooperating with law enforcement and have taken additional measures to ensure the continued safety of our employees.”
