MILPITAS, Calif. (KGO) — This is not what you want to see happening at your favorite restaurant. An employee at PhoLove in Milpitas was caught on surveillance video slamming meat on the ground.
The slabs of ribs were seen getting slammed onto cardboard placed on concrete, sliding right into the pavement — even bumping a mop bucket.

The employee has reportedly been fired.
The restaurant’s owner tells our media partners at the Mercury News that the person is trying to bring down his restaurant.
The county health department has shut down the restaurant indefinitely and is investigating it for health violations.
It says inspectors discovered other health violations, including a cockroach infestation.
