SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) — The atmospheric river hitting the Bay Area Thursday morning is making a mess of the commute and causing flood advisories in most of the Bay Area.
There have been reports of spinouts on roadways as they collect water and also as drainage backs up. The counties with areas currently with flood advisories include San Francisco, San Mateo, Marin, Sonoma, and Alameda, San Mateo and Santa Cruz.
